it’s all in your hands! only you can change your habits and control your addictions. find things that you enjoy doing outside! what i do: long walks through nature, yoga, meditation, gathering wild herbs and flowers, gazing at the moon, gazing at the sunset, just being aware of the sounds around me, being in the present moment, mantra chanting, dancing, hooping, reading books, walking to my farm, crocheting, taking care of my little food garden, doing crafts, making dream catchers, bracelets, natural self-care products, whatever really! whenever i find myself in the midst of a forest or anywhere, just as long as nature is all around me, i feel my self being healed and restored - just open yourself to the vital energy all around you. it will heal you from within. you’ll feel this addiction of yours fading away! see the beauty all around you. be creative. just find things that you really enjoy doing outside tumblr. only you will know what makes your heart come alive :) not to log on to tumblr will no longer be a bother. walk the middle path! balance above all. no need to delete your tumblr or never be online again! just find your inner balance, i’m sending you much light xxxx
